		<description>Holly, these are three excellent observations regarding the mindset needed to lead in todays&#039; workplace. It&#039;s a much smaller world today, employees are diverse and needing a different leadership pattern than in years past. Those managers that don&#039;t understand these factors cannot lead effectively and stand the change of not lasting in their managerial role. I would only add one more thought....consistency throughout this entire process is paramont for ultimate success.
