I agree there is no more 'business as usual'. It's the same for us speakers. We have to look at innovative ways to conduct our business or get left behind. I'm in the middle of reinventing myself for the 1000th time and wondering if Madonna will move on over! (lol) As far as doing something differently I plan to blog more for higher SEO.
